Greg Hudson, from Frederick, MD, bicycled from Whitetail Parking Access north to Camp Kline on September 11, 2010, pulling his kayak behind him. From the Bonnell Flat creek access, he then kayaked back down to the Torbert Canoe Access at Whitetail, with his bicycle mounted in his kayak! Rattlesnakes are abundant near the Blackwell Access Area of the Pine Creek Rail Trail and easily capture the imagination and attention of anyone lucky enough to spot one.
