Little Pine Dam created nice slow and deep water to take a boat ride on. If you're just relaxing or going fishing, the dam makes a nice place to use your boat. There is also an easy access paved boat launch to get your boat into the water. If you do not have a boat, the park offers paddle boat rentals. Only small boats an canoes are premitted on the water and only small trolling motors are allowed.

If you would like to take a boat out, but you don't have a boat, you can rent one at the Little Pine Dam. McConnell's Country Store has provided boats for rent.
